THE BUSINESS

NCF Financial services Pty Ltd, formerly New Capital Finance No. 1 Pty Ltd is a non-bank provider of short term mortgage loans. All mortgage loans are used for “business and or investment purposes”. NCF Financial Services will provide funding for both residential and commercial property.

NCF Finacial Services Pty Ltd has been provided with a substantial funding line by South African based, RMB Corvest Pty Ltd. RMB Corvest is a major shareholder of NCF Financial Servises Pty Ltd . RMB Corvest is a subsidiary of South African listed financial services group the FirstRand Group . With a market capitalization in excess of $ 10 billion, the FirstRand Group is one of the largest listed Financial services groups listed on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange.

KEY STAFF

Richard Pyke-Nott– Managing Director
Richard has fifteen years experience in the Financial Services and Bridging Finance Industry. Richard has proven his ability and skills in business planning and development, resource management and profit generation.

Richard is a member of the credit committee of NCF Financial services and plays an integral part in the loan approval and selection process.

Prior to Richards involvement with NCF Financial Services Pty Ltd, he established NCF Financial services in Australia. and prior to this Richard along with his wife Carol, jointly developed and controlled New World Finance PTY LTD in South Africa.

New World Finance was established in May 1995. Richard was involved in all business issues affecting the strategic direction and profitability of the business; taking it to levels well above market average by expanding to 40 operational branch outlets nationwide and employing 120 full time and 100 casual staff and generating annual turnover of some R60 million(ZAR) by 2000.

In November 2000, the Company was sold to a French IT Company, listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, After the sale the Pyke-Nott family emigrated to Australia.

Emil Ackerman – Executive Director
Emil has nineteen years Financial services industry experience. He has a B.Com Accounting degree, as well as a post graduate Diploma in Strategic Sales management.

Before immigrating to Australia from South Africa at the end of 2005, Emil held the position of Sales Director with First National Bank Financial Planning and Advisory services based in Johannesburg. A position he held for five years. Prior to this Emil held senior management positions with Standard Bank and Liberty Life in South Africa, and subsequently with BankWest Private Bank in Australia.

Emil has a very keen understanding of the Sales and distribution process of financial products.

Emil joined NCF Financial services No. 1 Pty Ltd after successfully establishing a wholesale funding facility with RMB Australia Holdings Ltd for NCF Financial services No. 1 Pty Ltd. Emil in conjunction with RMB is responsible for the strategic direction of NCF Financial Services Pty Ltd.


John Pyke-Nott – Operations Director
John has 15 years experience in the Financial Services and bridging Finance industry, both in Australia, as well as in South Africa.

John was employed by the South African based business (NEW WORLD FINANCE) for the majority of its operation. He held senior operational positions within New World Finance and provided staff support and direction, training and operational control for the Company.

Since the establishment of NCF Financial services and the NCF Financial Services Pty Ltd, John, has implemented constant Procedures, Policy and system updates to products in order to meet market demands and to minimize risk on Bridging loans originated.


Craig Snyman – Business Development Manager
Craig has been with NCF since inception. One of Craig’s major attributes is his willingness to assist and his passion towards customer satisfaction. Craig has been facilitating Bridging loans for 8 years.

Amanda Lodge – – Loans administration Manager
Amanda has been in the Finance industry for over 21 years, most recently with First Australian Title Insurance Company in Queensland managing their Document Preparation, Settlement and Stamping & Registration teams covering all Australian states. Amanda is responsible for the loans management process of NCF.
